The Norway Spruce (Picea pungens), also known as Colorado Spruce and Blue Spruce, is an evergreen conifer with blue-green leaves. It's a cold-hardy tree that can survive temperatures colder than -20C. It grows to approximately 10m in height and 2m in spread within 10 years when planted in well-drained soil, with a pH of acid (ericaceous) or neutral. It requires plenty of sun, however, it can also tolerate some shade. The Norway Spruce has brown fruits.
