Dispatch Time

We try to dispatch your order the next working day after receiving your order (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), but please allow for three working days for dispatch.

UK Restrictions

We use Royal Mail, ensuring that no matter where you live in the UK, you can receive your order from shrubgarden.

The Tracked 24 service aims to deliver your order the next working day, but in some postcode areas this isn’t always possible. They include GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3 postcodes. Royal Mail doesn’t give any target time for delivery for these addresses.

Bank Holidays

No orders are dispatched by us on a bank holiday as it is a non-working day.

International Delivery

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver internationally. Only UK delivery is available.
